The Loop
A development arc that ends.
Most personal-development work loops forever because it was never designed to finish. The Process is what happens when the arc is planned: Person, Partner, Plateau — three stages, in order, with a door at the end.
The three stages
Person. Partner. Plateau.
Person
Where the human is held.
The Individual layer. Primitive, Pattern, Position, Practice, Path. A person before a problem.
Partner
Where two systems meet.
The Relationship layer. Presumed, Partner, Position, Parity, Potential, Path. Two primitives, one room.
Plateau
Where the work finishes.
The Development layer. Post-Facto, Placement, Progress, Plateau, Pinnacle, Peace. An arc that ends.
Engage the work

Most people enter at Person. Partners with shared infrastructure already in place enter at Partner. Plateau is by application only.
