The Recursive Engine

Standard operating models teach leaders to compartmentalize: one lane for work, one for relationships, and one for the self. Maintaining those partitions requires constant context-switching.

My architecture is truth. And truth does not require context-switching.

During my own construct-aware transition, those boundaries stopped functioning as separate operating systems. What I do as myself is what I do in friendship and what I do through this firm.

My steer is called choice. I have chosen to make the architecture consistent so that I do not have to steer anywhere but straight.

The engine does not change its standards according to the environment. It processes what is in front of it with the same structural rigor.
