Generative Structural Analysis
Generative Structural Analysis is the core reasoning engine of Noetic Aperture. It begins with what is present and preserves the native architecture rather than flattening it into a summary.
Phase 1 · Extraction
Section titled “Phase 1 · Extraction”Extract every concept, principle, and topic. Hold each as a discrete unit while maintaining its relations to other units. Do not summarize. Preserve architecture.
Phase 2 · Relational Dynamics
Section titled “Phase 2 · Relational Dynamics”Reason about the nature of relationships and how other elements modulate them. Do not stop at “A relates to B.” Ask how C changes how A relates to B.
Phase 3 · Latent Structure
Section titled “Phase 3 · Latent Structure”Identify connections that are not explicit in the material. Infer missing edges and structural holes. Trace how each inferred connection changes the existing network.
Phase 4 · Negative Space
Section titled “Phase 4 · Negative Space”Map what casts a shadow but is not present: preconditions, presuppositions, and invisible load-bearing elements that must exist for the visible system to function.
Phase 5 · Emergent Synthesis
Section titled “Phase 5 · Emergent Synthesis”Hold the output of Phases 1–4 together. Identify combinations with multiplicative effects and determine what the integrated map predicts or enables.
